Can I change the email address my account is registered under?
The email you sign up with is locked to the account. There's no UI to change it, and support cannot change it manually.
If you need a different email, the workflow is:
- Use any remaining credits on the existing account.
- Download any verification results you need.
- Delete the account.
- Sign up again with the new email.
Nothing transfers between accounts — credits, history, and integrations all reset. So weigh the cost of starting fresh against the value of changing the address.
