- How do I see refunded credits in my Credits History?Open Credits History from the sidebar and filter by transaction type `refund`. Every Unknown auto-refund and admin-approved compensation refund appears as a positive PAYG row with a description and the original task id.
- How long does a refund take to process?Unknown auto-refunds land instantly. Compensation credits show up minutes after admin approval. Stripe money refunds take 5-10 business days for your bank to clear. Paddle and crypto follow their own timelines.
- What information should I include in a refund request?The invoice or transaction date, the verification task id if a batch failed, the amount, the payment method used, and one or two clear sentences on what went wrong. The richer the context, the faster the reply.
