What is the largest PAYG bonus tier and how much does it add?

Last updated May 20, 2026Pricing & credits

The largest single PAYG purchase on Valid Email Checker is the 1,000,000-credit tier at $1,000. On top of that base, we add 30,000 bonus credits at no extra cost, bringing your actual deposit to 1,030,000 credits. That is the biggest absolute bonus on any of the nine PAYG tiers we offer.

Bonus percentage versus bonus amount

A common assumption is that the largest tier also has the highest bonus percentage. The opposite is true. At 30,000 / 1,000,000, the 1M tier earns about a 3% bonus. The smallest tier (2k credits) carries 5%. Bonus percentages on VEC do not climb with tier size — they actually trend slightly downward as you scale up, because the base discount is already baked into the lower per-credit price. See what are bonus credits for the full table.

In absolute numbers the picture flips. 5% of 2,000 is 100 free credits. 3% of 1,000,000 is 30,000 free credits. The biggest tier delivers the largest pile of free credits by a wide margin, even though its percentage is the lowest. If you are picking based on raw quantity of bonus credits, the 1M tier wins.

What 1,030,000 credits actually buys

At one credit per email, the 1M tier covers a million verifications with a 30,000-email cushion for anything that comes back as Unknown (those auto-refund, but the buffer means you almost certainly will not have to think about it). The effective per-email cost works out to about $0.00097, which is the lowest standard rate available without contacting sales for an Enterprise quote.

Going larger than 1M

If you need more than one million credits per month consistently, the 1M tier is not the answer — Enterprise pricing is. Email support@validemailchecker.com with your monthly volume and we will put together a custom quote with volume discounts, an SLA, and a dedicated point of contact. Buying multiple 1M packs back-to-back works mechanically, but Enterprise pricing will beat the per-credit cost for steady high volume.

PAYG bonus credits never expire either
The 30,000 bonus credits on the 1M tier sit in the same Pay-As-You-Go bucket as the 1,000,000 you paid for. They have no separate expiration. One credit is one credit regardless of how it got there.
