How do I export my Credits History?

Valid Email Checker does not currently expose a one-click "Export to CSV" or "Download history" button on the Credits History page. Every transaction is still visible and searchable in the dashboard table, but there is no built-in download option yet. Here is how to work around that, and what we plan to add.

Option 1: filter, then screenshot (fastest)

For accounting or expense-report purposes, filtering the table to the rows you need and taking a screenshot is usually the quickest path. The Credits History table shows date, transaction type, credits in, credits out, balance, and description in clean columns that read cleanly when pasted into an email or report. Combine the transaction-type filter with the time-period filter to narrow to exactly the rows you need before capturing.

Option 2: select and copy rows from the table

The table is plain HTML, so you can highlight rows with your mouse and copy them. Pasting into a spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel) usually preserves the columns, though you may need to clean up the icons. This works for short exports of a few dozen rows; for hundreds of rows it gets tedious fast.

Option 3: request an export from support

If you need a complete history for tax filing, audit, or migrating to another tool, email support@validemailchecker.com with your account email and the date range you need. We can pull the full credit_transactions table for your account and send it back as a CSV attachment, usually within one business day. There is no charge for this and no row-count limit.

Built-in export is on the roadmap

A native CSV download is one of the features we are tracking for the Credits History page. The plan is to add a Download button next to the filter row that exports the currently-filtered view — so picking "Credits Purchase" plus a date range and clicking Download gives you exactly those rows as a CSV. No timeline yet, but we are aware of the gap and it is on our list.

What VEC already exports natively

Bulk verification results do have a CSV download — that lives on the Uploads & Results page, not Credits History. If you were looking for "download my verification results" rather than "download my credit transactions", that download is a button on each completed bulk job.

Invoices live elsewhere
For credit-card receipts and tax invoices on purchases, check Account Settings → Billing & Payments. Each purchase_payg, purchase_monthly, and auto_refill event has an underlying payment record that produces a downloadable invoice — separate from the Credits History export gap above.
