How do I filter results on the Uploads & Results page?

The Uploads & Results page at /uploads-results is the central list of every bulk task on your account. When you accumulate dozens or hundreds of tasks over time, the three built-in filters at the top of the page narrow the view to what you actually want to look at. All three filters are additive — they combine, they do not override each other.

Filter 1: search by list name

The text box on the left of the filter bar searches the list name (the value you set in the List Name field when you uploaded the task). Matching is case-insensitive substring. So a search for q4 matches both Newsletter Q4 2024 and Cold outreach Q4. If your list names follow any kind of convention (campaign code, date prefix), the search bar finds anything quickly.

Filter 2: time period

The middle dropdown limits the table to tasks created within a specific window. Options:

  • All Time (default) — shows every task on the account
  • Today — created since midnight in your local timezone
  • Yesterday — created between yesterday midnight and today midnight
  • Last 7 Days — created in the past 168 hours
  • Last 30 Days — created in the past 720 hours

Filter 3: status

The right dropdown filters by task status. See what does each bulk task status mean for the meanings:

  • All Status (default) — every status
  • Completed — only finished tasks with results still available
  • Processing — only tasks currently running (includes Pending)
  • Deleted — only completed tasks whose results were cleaned up by the 15-day retention policy
  • Failed — only tasks that could not finish

Combining filters

All three filters apply at the same time, so "Completed tasks from the last 7 days containing the word newsletter" is a single query: pick Last 7 Days, pick Completed, type newsletter in the search box. The table updates live as you change any filter. To reset, set the dropdowns back to All and clear the search box. From any filtered row, the View Results link opens the per-task detail view for that task.

Pagination respects the filter
The page-size selector at the bottom of the table controls how many rows per page within the currently-filtered set, not the total task count on the account. Filter first, then page through the results.
