Where do I find the search inside the help center?

Valid Email Checker exposes help-center search in two places. They look different but they hit the same article index and produce the same results, so you can pick whichever is closer to where you are.

Search on the public help center

Open help.validemailchecker.com (or click the Help link in the marketing-site footer) and you will see a large search input directly beneath the page heading. Typing into it filters across every article in every category — getting started, email verification, bulk verification, pricing, API, integrations, account security, refunds, and the rest. Hits show up as a dropdown of titles and short snippets; clicking one opens the full article. This is the right surface to use when you are browsing without being signed in, or when you want to share a link to an article afterwards.

Search inside the in-app support widget

Inside the dashboard, click the purple chat bubble in the bottom-right to open the in-app support widget. The very first thing in the panel is a search box labeled "Search help articles..." — it lives at the top of the Home view. Typing here calls our search-help-articles edge function, which ranks results by title match, keyword match, summary match, content match, and article priority. Results show as inline cards within the widget panel, and each card opens the full article in a new tab when clicked.

Why the in-app search is useful

The widget search is the difference between "switch tabs, navigate to the help center, search, read, switch back" and "type three words, scan the answer, keep working." Most product questions only need one of the first three results, so being able to query without leaving the dashboard is a real time saver — especially if you are in the middle of configuring an integration or troubleshooting a verification result.

When neither search produces a good hit

If three or four reasonable search queries do not surface what you need, the article probably does not exist yet — at which point the right move is to contact support. The fastest path from "no good search result" is opening a live chat directly inside the same widget. Click the "Contact us" button at the bottom of the panel.

Both surfaces are the same index
A new help-center article is published once and surfaces in both the marketing-site search and the in-app widget search automatically. There is no separate database — see how does help-center search work for the ranking details.
