How do I disconnect or revoke the MailerLite integration?

Removing the MailerLite integration from Valid Email Checker is a two-step process for full hygiene. Step one: delete the connection on our side. Step two: revoke the API token inside MailerLite. Step one stops VEC from accessing MailerLite; step two ensures the token cannot be reused elsewhere.

Step 1: delete the connection in VEC

Sign into VEC and open Integrations.
Find the MailerLite row in Connected Integrations.
Click the three-dot row menu and choose Delete.
Confirm in the modal.
The MailerLite entry disappears from the table immediately.

Deleting the connection also clears the sync history attached to it. Past verification jobs remain in your Uploads & Results page as independent records.

Step 2: revoke the API token in MailerLite

Sign into MailerLite.
Open Integrations → MailerLite API (via account avatar → Integrations).
Find the token you used to connect to Valid Email Checker.
Click the revoke or delete icon next to the token. MailerLite invalidates the value immediately.

Why revoke separately

Deleting on our side removes our stored copy of the token. The token string itself remains a valid MailerLite credential unless you revoke it there. MailerLite also surfaces per-token activity logs, making it easy to verify VEC is no longer touching your account.

MailerLite Classic vs. new MailerLite

VEC uses the MailerLite Classic API. If you migrated to the new MailerLite (separate product despite the shared name), the API tokens live in a different place — Settings → Integrations → API. Both API versions are supported, but the token URL differs. Reconnection details are in the MailerLite integration guide.

What happens to running verifications?

A verification mid-import keeps running with the cached credentials. New sync attempts fail immediately until you reconnect.

Reconnecting later

Reconnect by going to Integrations → Connect Integration → MailerLite and pasting a fresh token. The new connection is unrelated to the deleted one. If you previously named the connection something distinctive (recommended in multi-account workflows), reuse the name for team-facing consistency.

Team-member-created connections

Connections created by team members show a Users badge in the Provider column. Owners can delete any connection; team members can only delete connections they themselves created.
