Do I need an account to use the Valid Email Checker free tools?
No. Every tool on Valid Email Checker that is labelled "free" works without an account, without a signup, without a credit card. The free tools live under the marketing site (validemailchecker.com), not the dashboard (app.validemailchecker.com), and they are designed to be useful on their own. The signup gate exists to unlock bulk, API, integrations, and full-detail single verifications — not to gate basic utility.
The full free-without-login list
- SPF Record Checker — look up your domain's SPF record.
- SPF Record Generator — build a new SPF record.
- DKIM Record Checker — look up DKIM with selector auto-detect.
- DKIM Record Generator — generate an RSA key pair and TXT record.
- DMARC Record Checker — read the policy at
_dmarc.<domain>. - DMARC Record Generator — build a DMARC policy.
- Free Email Verifier — 3 single-email verifications per day.
- Email Signature Generator — build HTML signatures.
- Email Address Generator — produce bulk test addresses.
What we do not collect from anonymous users
When you use a free tool without an account, Valid Email Checker does not:
- Ask for an email address.
- Drop a tracking cookie tied to a user profile (analytics cookies exist, but they are not linked to your identity).
- Store the domain you checked, the signature you built, or the list you generated.
- Send you any email (we cannot — we do not know who you are).
When signing up makes sense
Signing up takes about 30 seconds (email and password, or Continue with Google) and lands 200 free credits on the account. The credits are real verifications — there is no card-on-file, no trial expiration. You only need an account when you want one or more of:
- More than 3 single verifications per day on the free verifier.
- Bulk verification (CSV upload of thousands of addresses).
- Full detail (risk score, SMTP code, MX hosts, catch-all flag) on every check.
- REST API access.
- Integration with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any of the 16+ connectors.
- Verification history retained against your account.
